Tan comes from a family heritage in traditional coffee, with his father running Tan Lee Et Food Industry, and channels that lineage into a modern specialty operation. The roastery curates green beans from ethically sourced origins and tailors each roast to bring out the best characteristics of the coffee. Pyroast bridges Singapore's deep traditional coffee culture with the precision and transparency of the specialty movement.
