Colombia Jairo Arcila Caturra is a microlot coffee produced by Jairo Arcila at his Santa Mónica farm in Colombia. The beans are 100% Caturra, grown at approximately 1,400–1,500 meters, and processed and sun-dried naturally on raised beds. The cup profile includes notes of plum, raisins, cacao nibs, a touch of spice, and a bright lime hint, offering a balanced, complex cup.
