This specialty Robusta coffee is a honey-processed lot from the Napopayomino variety, grown in the Gonzalo Pizarro province of Ecuador. It was a 4th place winner in the 2022 Taza Dorada Robusta competition. The cup features a creamy mouthfeel with tasting notes of caramel, tamarind, cacao, and banana, complemented by a soft, tart acidity and a spicy finish. It is recommended for brewing as an espresso or using a French press.
