This single-origin coffee is produced by 212 women from the Sierra and Frailesca regions of Mexico. Grown in the shade of native forest trees at an altitude of 1500 meters, the coffee is hand-picked and processed using a washed method with controlled fermentation. It offers a balanced cup profile characterized by notes of white peach, grapes, and caramel. This medium-roasted coffee is composed of Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra varieties.
While the Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur was officially founded in 2006, the coffee passion of Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko began back in 1979 when they established a Viennese coffee house in Berlin, with Willy notably joining the world-famous Café Einstein and shaking up the scene. For over twenty years, this specialty coffee manufactory has supplied coffee lovers, luxury hotels, and starred restaurants with exceptional coffee, earning recognition far beyond Berlin's city and national borders.
