This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Chiapas region of Mexico, grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude between 900 and 1600 meters. It is a blend of Caturra, Catuai, Typica, and Bourbon varieties, processed using the washed method. The coffee features a medium-dark roast profile with flavor notes of butterscotch, dark chocolate, and brown spice. It is certified USDA Organic and is recommended for both espresso and pour-over brewing methods.
