This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Layo Teraga cooperative in the Uraga district of the Guji zone in Ethiopia. Grown at an elevation of 2250 meters in semi-forested environments, this coffee is a 74110 variety. The cherries are hand-picked, sorted, and processed using a washed method, involving 40–48 hours of fermentation in concrete tanks followed by 12–15 days of drying on raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of yellow peach, coffee blossom, and white gooseberry.
