This coffee is a Java variety from the Cerro Azul farm in the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1,450–1,627 meters. It is a naturally processed coffee using anaerobic fermentation. The flavor profile features notes of hibiscus, guava, citrus, cherry, coffee candy, grape, and cannabis flower, with a prolonged black-tea aftertaste. It has a medium, lively acidity and a high, rich, and smooth body. This coffee is roasted to a light profile and is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
