Single-origin Colombia coffee from Finca Potosi, Valle del Cauca (1,800 masl). Colombia variety (a Caturra × Hybrido de Timor hybrid) processed naturally with a controlled 15-hour fermentation and 72-hour dehumidifier drying. Light/filter roast with bright, juicy notes of candy apple, plum and hibiscus.
