This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Potosi farm in the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, situated at 1860 meters altitude. Produced by Cafe Granja La Esperanza, this Colombia variety coffee undergoes a unique Tres Dragones natural processing method involving controlled fermentation followed by mechanical drying. The resulting cup is big, boozy, and juicy, featuring a vibrant flavor profile with notes of rum, raisin, dark cherry, cherry sherbet, and raspberry. It offers a substantial body and texture with layered sweetness.

Bluebird Coffee Roastery

Dario Scilipoti founded Bluebird in 2017 in Howick, a small town in KwaZulu Natal, and moved into a purpose built facility in 2022 that now houses a roastery, cafe, training center, quality control lab, and offices.
