This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Guji region of Ethiopia at an altitude of 2250-2350 meters. It is an Heirloom variety processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features delicate notes of white floral, mandarin orange, and black tea. This coffee is suitable for both filter brewing methods like pour-over and V60, as well as for espresso preparation.
Founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Weihong Zhang, a biochemist, and Xuan Zhou, an interior designer, BlendIn Coffee Club is a "tree-to-cup adventure."
