This coffee is sourced from Tero Farm, located in the Guji zone of the Oromia region in southern Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude between 1800 and 2200 meters, this coffee is processed using the washed method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of lingonberry, red apple, apricot, and black tea, complemented by a sweet berry aroma. The coffee is made from Heirloom varieties.
Established in 2011 in Ålesund, JACU is named after a bird known for selecting only the best coffee berries, a philosophy that guides their sourcing of high-quality, traceable beans.
