Portrait Coffee

About This Coffee

This natural-process coffee comes from the Koba kebele in the Uraga district of Guji, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2,316 meters by smallholder farmers, the coffee is intercropped under false banana trees and maize in fertile sandy loam. The cherries are sun-dried on African beds for 15 to 21 days, resulting in a flavor profile featuring blueberry, caramel, and a lingering bubblegum sweetness. This light to medium roast is recommended for pour-over or drip brewing methods.
