This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2150 meters. Produced by Biniyam Aklilu and processed at the Dimtu washing station, this Heirloom variety coffee is washed. It features a delicate, floral, and elegant profile with a light body. Tasting notes include grape, orange, peach, and black tea, offering a clean and citrus-forward experience suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
Harmony Roasters began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a one kilogram capacity roaster. Together with his partner Agatha, who handles photography, social media, and the web presence, Dani built a micro roastery in Montcada i Reixac on the outskirts of Barcelona. His approach favours minimal intervention, letting the coffee's natural character come through rather than imposing a heavy roast signature. It paid off quickly: Dani won both the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship and the Spain Roasters Championship in 2021, then took the Catalan title again in 2022. The roastery uses fully compostable packaging and supplies several businesses around Barcelona.
