Colombia Finca Patio Bonito is a natural-process Pacamara from Caldono, Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1,700 meters above sea level. The coffee features floral and fruity aromatics with jasmine and orange blossom, followed by cherry, blood orange, and Shiraz flavors, then caramel and dark chocolate, finishing with yuzu and sarsaparilla sweetness. A vibrant, fruit-forward profile with a clean, lingering finish.
