This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from the Patio Bonito farm in Caldono, Cauca, Colombia. It is grown at an altitude of 1570 to 1650 meters and processed using the washed method. The coffee is produced by Paola Trujillo.
Daniel Borrás and Taylor Lafitte co founded Flow Coffee in Atlanta after meeting and working together in Argentina's specialty coffee scene. The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
