This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Potosi Farm in the Valle Del Cauca region of Colombia, produced by Cafe Granja La Esperanza. It is a blend of Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo varieties grown at an altitude of 1,499 to 1,800 meters. The coffee undergoes a double fermentation natural process, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by blackberry-like acidity, tropical fruit and cherry notes, chocolate sweetness, and a rich, brandy-like quality.
