This Geisha coffee is sourced from Finca Anaya, a family-run farm located in the Huila region of Colombia. The coffee undergoes a 36-hour controlled fermentation process after being washed. It features a floral and silky profile with distinct tasting notes of maple syrup, orange blossom, jasmine, honey, and lemongrass. This coffee is characterized by a medium-light body and a clean, sweet finish, making it ideal for filter brewing methods.
