This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in the Raro Boda kebele of the Uraga woreda in Ethiopia’s Guji zone. Grown at an altitude of 2300 meters, this lot consists of landrace and locally selected heirloom varieties. The cherries are manually harvested and processed using traditional washed methods. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of dark fruits, flowers, and peach, offering a clean cup with medium body and a juicy mouthfeel.
