This coffee is a natural processed lot from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, specifically the Arbegonna-Rumudamo area. Grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 2200–2400 meters, this 74112 variety coffee undergoes a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation before drying. The cup profile is vibrant and layered, featuring tasting notes of tropical fruit, white chocolate, and vanilla ice cream, supported by a rich, syrupy mouthfeel.
