It is a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties processed using an innovative Honey Strawberry method. This process involves a controlled fermentation that enhances the natural fruit sweetness of the cherries. The flavor profile is characterized by intense notes of sweet strawberry, fine vanilla, and deep Amarena cherry, balanced by a well-integrated acidity. This coffee offers a highly aromatic and progressive sensory experience.
