This coffee is a blend of various small lots from producers in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at an elevation of 1600-1900 meters. It features a mix of Caturra, Castillo, Colombia, Geisha, and Pink Bourbon varieties. Processed using the washed method, this coffee offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of strawberry, starfruit, and wildflower honey. It is a light roast coffee suitable for various brewing methods.
