This organic coffee is sourced from the Huila region of Colombia, grown by the ASEPROPAZ network of smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,500 and 2,000 meters. The coffee consists of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, processed using the washed method. It features a flavor profile characterized by sweet panela, creamy milk chocolate, and lively citrus notes, with a silky body and bright acidity. The coffee is roasted to a medium level, offering a clean and sweet mouthfeel.

Klatch Coffee

Klatch Coffee was founded in 1993 by Mike Perry in Upland, California, and has grown from a single retail location into one of Southern California's most recognized specialty roasters.
