Cherry Co-Fermented

Cherry Co-Fermented

Rösttrommel Kaffeerösterei

About This Coffee

This coffee is a blend of Caturra and Colombia varieties grown at 1,750 meters in the Huila region of Colombia. Processed at El Vergel Estate using an innovative Cherry Honey method, the beans undergo anaerobic pre-fermentation followed by co-fermentation with yeast, coffee cherry aromatics, and cane sugar. This results in a complex, sweet, and intensely fruity profile with distinct notes of cola, cherry, and vanilla, reminiscent of a vanilla cherry coke.
