Sonia Bolaños is a washed pink bourbon coffee from Colombia, produced by the MonKaaba group on her three-hectare farm, Finca Buena Vista, in Sevilla, San Agustín, Huila, at 1,780 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a multi-step washed process with extended fermentation and solar drying, and is roasted lightly to emphasize floral and jammy notes. Properly labeled as a single-origin product, suitable for filter or espresso.
