This coffee is a Red Honey processed selection of Kurume and Dega varieties from the Konga Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The beans are depulped with the fruit's mucilage left on the parchment during the drying process. The flavor profile features notes of cantaloupe melon and dried florals, followed by ripe stone fruit and a syrupy sweetness. It offers a soft, rounded acidity and a lingering, honeyed finish.
