This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Konga Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2000 meters. It consists of Kudhume and Dega heirloom varieties. The coffee undergoes a red honey process, involving aerobic and anaerobic fermentation followed by drying on shaded raised beds. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of strawberry, sweet tea, and tartness.
