This coffee is a Bourbon variety from the Tablahuasi region in Cusco, Peru, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters. It is a traditional washed coffee produced by the Guevara family on their 4.5-hectare farm. The coffee features a sweet and fruity profile with tasting notes of pomelo, medlar, osmanthus, apricot, almond, and Manuka honey. It is roasted as an Omni roast, making it suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
