About This Coffee

This Kenyan coffee is a high-quality micro-batch from the Kii washing station in the Gichugu region of Kirinyaga. Grown in red volcanic soil in the highlands near Mount Kenya at 1600 meters, this AA grade coffee consists of SL28, SL24, and Ruiru 11 varieties. It is processed using a washed method, including 24 hours of fermentation and 14 days of drying on beds. The cup profile is fruity and juicy, featuring distinct tasting notes of blackcurrant, kiwi, and rhubarb, offering a clean, sweet, and tantalizing mouthfeel.
