This Geisha variety coffee is produced by Juan José Huillca Singuña in the Cedruyoc area of Cusco, Peru, at an altitude of 1850 meters. The coffee undergoes a 36-hour washed process and is dried slowly under shade on raised beds. It offers a delicate, sweet, and fine profile with a floral, botanical aroma. The cup features a medium-high acidity with citrus notes, including green apple, blueberry, lemon, and caramel, finishing with a clean and light aftertaste.

Harmony Roasters began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a one kilogram capacity roaster. Together with his partner Agatha, who handles photography, social media, and the web presence, Dani built a micro roastery in Montcada i Reixac on the outskirts of Barcelona. His approach favours minimal intervention, letting the coffee's natural character come through rather than imposing a heavy roast signature. It paid off quickly: Dani won both the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship and the Spain Roasters Championship in 2021, then took the Catalan title again in 2022. The roastery uses fully compostable packaging and supplies several businesses around Barcelona.
