This single-origin coffee is produced by the Hingakawa women's initiative within the Abakundakawa Cooperative in the Gakenke District of Rwanda. Grown at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,900 meters, this Bourbon variety coffee is processed using the honey method. The flavor profile features notes of red berries, including currants and raspberries, along with caramel, berry jam, and roasted nuts.
