About This Coffee

This Rwandan coffee is sourced from the Mbilima washing station, part of the Dukunde Kawa cooperative in the Gakenke region. Grown at high altitudes between 1500 and 2100 meters in mineral-rich volcanic soil, this coffee features local Bourbon cultivars. It is processed using a washed method and sun-dried. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of nectarine, tangerine, coffee blossom, and maple syrup, with a juicy, syrupy body and a finish reminiscent of green tea and brown sugar.
