About This Coffee

Ethiopian ‘Shefina’ from the highlands of Sidama is a washed coffee with altitude 1800–2200 meters. It is produced by Shefina Washing Station from numerous smallholder farms and is described as a blend of heirloom varietals. The coffee is sun-dried after washing, and offers jasmine and peach pie aroma with lemon drops and cherry flavors, a juicy, creamy body, and a sugar cookie finish.
