This coffee is sourced from the Guji region in Oromia, Ethiopia, and processed at the Haru Wachu washing station. It features a blend of Dega, Kurume, and 74110 varieties. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic process, resulting in a distinct flavor profile characterized by notes of orange and blueberry.
