This coffee is sourced from the Guji region in Oromia, Ethiopia, and processed at the Haru Wachu washing station. It consists of Dega, Kurume, and 74110 varieties. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic process, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by notes of orange and blueberry.
