This coffee is from the high-altitude Agana village in Ethiopia, cultivated between 2,300 and 2,380 meters in the Sidama/Bensa area. Processed using the natural method (sun-dried whole cherries), it yields a fruit-forward cup with notes of black grape and blackberry, complemented by delicate florals.
