Code Black Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from approximately 900 smallholder farmers in the Bensa woreda of Ethiopia. The cherries are processed at the Ayla washing station, where they undergo hand sorting, density grading, and 36 to 48 hours of wet fermentation. The beans are then washed, channel graded, and dried on raised beds under shade. This single-origin coffee is characterized by a flavor profile featuring citrus, floral, and sweet notes, with a nutty finish.
