This coffee is a washed Gesha from the Elida Estate in Boquete, Panama, grown by the Lamastus family at an altitude of 1670-1950 meters. The beans are handpicked and undergo underwater fermentation before being dried on raised beds. The flavor profile is vibrant and tea-like, featuring notes of white flowers, magnolia, orchard fruits, mango, white peach, cherry, lychee, lemon, and honey, with a finish reminiscent of oolong and black tea.
