This coffee is a washed Gesha from Hacienda La Esmeralda in the Boquete region of Panama, grown at 1700 meters altitude. It offers a delicate and floral profile with notes of cherry blossom, jasmine, and orange blossom on the nose. The palate features refined sweetness with flavors of white peach, ripe citrus, and red apple, complemented by a soft cane sugar character and hibiscus. It has a silky, composed body with bright, malic acidity and a long, sparkling finish, structured by a clean, tea-like quality.
