This Geisha variety coffee is produced at El Paraiso farm in the Cauca region of Colombia at an altitude of 1960 meters. It undergoes the innovative Zeo Process, which utilizes sublimation drying under negative pressure with zeolite technology to dehydrate the cherries while preserving their aromatic potential. This coffee offers a clean, complex, and vibrant flavor profile with distinct notes of blueberry and Shanon fruit. It is roasted to an extremely light level and is suitable for both filter and modern espresso brewing methods.

Taith Coffee is an owner operated specialty roastery, ceramic studio, and bookshop on the High Street in Lewes, East Sussex.
