This coffee is a washed Bourbon Aji microlot from Marlon Bolaños of Three Coffee Farmers in Acevedo, Huila. It features pineapple and mandarin sweetness with a creamy body and a floral finish. Cherries are floated and hand-sorted, depulped into open tanks for a 12-hour light-oxidation ferment, washed, and sun-dried 10–15 days. Altitude is 1,670 meters above sea level. Tasting notes include Pineapple, Mandarin, and Floral, with a Light roast that aligns with pour-over, AeroPress, or filter brewing.
