This coffee is a Pink Bourbon from Colombia, produced by Marlon Bolaños at The Three Coffee Farmers. It is processed Honey, grown at 1700 MASL in Acevedo, Huila. The beans are light-roasted with notes of peach preserves, honeycrisp apple, and a bright lemon finish, delivering a silky body.
