This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Boquete region of Panama at an elevation of 1600 meters. It is a Catuai variety processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of nectarine, starfruit, and jujube. This coffee is suitable for both filter brewing methods like pour-over and V60, as well as for espresso preparation.
