This coffee is a rare Laurina variety grown by farmer Supriyanto in the Ijen region of East Java, Indonesia, at an altitude of 1,700 meters near Mount Suket. The beans are processed using a 120-hour anaerobic natural method. Laurina is a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety known for its naturally low caffeine content of approximately 0.8%. This coffee offers a clear and elegant flavor profile with notes of pineapple, guava, and orange.
