It is a Sidra variety processed using an innovative multi-stage anaerobic washed method, which includes cherry oxidation, anaerobic fermentation, and post-depulping fermentation. The flavor profile is vibrant and fruit-forward, featuring notes of mango sorbet, passion fruit, candied pineapple, and peach iced tea. This versatile coffee is suitable for various brewing methods, including immersion, V60, espresso, and cold brew.
