Taith Coffee

About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee is produced by Simon Brown and Merlith Cruz in Peru at an altitude of 1950-2000 meters. The coffee undergoes a specialized washed process involving a 72-hour fermentation with a natural mosto developed from hops and simple syrup. This meticulous approach results in a flavor profile featuring notes of Earl Grey, lemon curd, and Wethers Original. It is roasted to an extremely light level, making it suitable for both filter and modern espresso brewing methods.
