This coffee is a single-origin natural process coffee from the Rumudamo kebele in the Arbegona district of Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at high altitudes between 2200 and 2400 meters, it consists of 74158 and local landrace varieties. The flavor profile features ripe blueberry and strawberry notes over a milk chocolate base, complemented by violet florals and a hint of oolong tea. It is a light roast with a silky finish, juicy acidity, and a smooth body, best suited for filter brewing methods.
