About This Coffee

This coffee is an anaerobic natural lot from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1900 meters. Processed at Layo Station, the cherries undergo controlled anaerobic fermentation in sealed, oxygen-free tanks before being sun-dried on raised African beds. This process enhances sweetness and fruit complexity. The flavor profile features distinct notes of purple fruits, purple florals, and wild berries.
