The coffee undergoes a hybrid washed process, involving a controlled pre-fermentation stage followed by depulping and a second fermentation phase to enhance aromatic complexity while maintaining clarity. The flavor profile includes notes of grape juice, violets, red currants, and chocolate. It is a very light roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
