About This Coffee

This coffee is a nano lot from the volcanic slopes of Mount Prau in Central Java, Indonesia. It is a blend of Typica, Kartika, and Line S varieties. The coffee undergoes a double-stage washed anaerobic fermentation process using a triple brewer’s yeast culture, which enhances its vibrant fruit character and delicate sweetness. Tasting notes include palm violets and a gummy candy-like profile. This coffee is roasted to a very light level and is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
