This coffee is a single-origin offering from the El Diamante region in the San José de Lourdes district of Peru. Grown by producer Roger Chilcon Flores at an altitude of 1,900–2,000 meters, this coffee consists of Caturra and Pache varieties. It is processed using a washed method, which includes an overnight maceration of cherries followed by 24 to 36 hours of fermentation. The resulting cup features a balanced body with flavor notes of orange, chamomile tea, and cashew.
